FAQ

Admission / Parking

"When do tickets go on sale?"

Tickets go on sale in April. Follow RPM Fest social media and subscribe to our mailing list for opportunities to get discounted early bird tickets.

"When will I get my ticket?"

Tickets will be sent to your email address in the form of a scannable QR Code. Please print the ticket or display it on your phone to check in at the gate. If you purchase a ticket for someone else, you can email them the QR code or print it and give it to them. If you misplace your ticket, you can also check in with a valid ID as long as your name on the ID matches the name on the ticket.

"When are gates open?

Gates are open from 12 PM to 9 PM Friday, 9 AM to 9 PM Saturday, and 9 AM to 8:30 PM Sunday. No tickets will be scanned and no gate sales will be available for purchase outside of these hours. Re-entry is allowed at all times as long as you keep your wristband intact, but you will need to check in at Security if gates are closed.

"How much is parking?"

Parking just outside the festival grounds is $30/weekend or $15/day, CASH ONLY. If you are camping in a vehicle, you must purchase a Vehicle Camping Pass or RV Camping Pass in advance through our ticketing page. Re-entry is allowed for all parking – you will get a placard to display in your car so you can come and go.

"Is RPM Fest all-ages? Are there any age restrictions or child tickets?"

RPM Fest is all-ages. Children 12 and under can enter free with a parent or legal guardian who has purchased a ticket. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Camping

"Can I camp overnight at RPM Fest?"

Yes, tent camping is free of charge for non-vehicle campers and highly encouraged. If you have a single day ticket, you can camp overnight but you must clear the site by 11 AM the following day.

“Can I camp in my car / RV / trailer?”

If you are camping in a vehicle you must purchase a Vehicle Camping or RV Camping Pass for your vehicle through our ticketing site. Vehicle Camping and RV Camping are inside the festival grounds, as opposed to Public Parking which is just outside the fest grounds. One pass per vehicle required. Re-entry is allowed.

Vehicle Camping spaces are 30' deep x 10' wide which can typically fit a small vehicle and either a trailer camper or pop-up tent.

RV Camping spaces are 40' deep x 20' wide for RVs. No power/water hook ups are available.

"Are there reserved spots for camping?"

There are no reserved spots for tent camping. We have plenty of cleared space in the woods for tent campers. Walking paths will be marked with paint and lighting and tents are not allowed to be set up in those paths. Vehicle and RV Camping spots will be reserved and marked.

“Can I park my vehicle next to my tent campsite?”

No vehicles are allowed in the tent camping area. We will have a gear drop-off area inside the fest site where tent campers can drop off gear and belongings. After drop-off all vehicles must return to park outside the festival grounds.

"Are there quiet hours in the campsites?"

We ask that our campers keep noise down after 11 PM, but let’s be real – the party usually goes until the wee hours of the morning. Don’t be obnoxious to your fellow campers, but also don’t expect silence and peaceful sleep if you set up your tent around a ton of other people.

"Are campfires allowed at campsites?"

No, but there is a fire pit on site and we will have a community campfire there.

Food / Drink

"Is food available at the fest?"

Our food truck lineup changes every year but in past years we have had barbecue, pizza, burgers and dogs, burritos, vegan options, Thai, coffee, ice cream, popsicles among others.

"Can I bring my own food and grill?"

Yes, you can bring your own food, but we ask that you please support our local food vendors. No charcoal grills will be allowed. Small camping-style propane grills are fine.

"Can I bring my own alcohol?"

No. The Rod and Gun club has a full liquor license, and alcoholic beverages can purchased on site for extremely reasonable prices - typically $4 to $5 per pour. We have ongoing partnerships with a bunch of awesome local craft breweries to provide a wide selection for our attendees.

All coolers will be searched at the main gate, and any outside alcohol will be removed, labeled with your name, stored, and returned to you when you leave the festival.

Merchandise

"Where can I get RPM Fest merchandise?"

Merchandise is available through the Merch page here at rpmfest.org. Items include T-Shirts, Koozies, Pint Glasses, Stickers, Posters and more. Merchandise will also be available to purchase at the RPM Merch Tent at the festival.

"When will I receive my merchandise?"

Merchandise pre-orders (placed while tickets are on sale) will be picked up at the festival merch tent. Merchandise orders placed in the off-season (when tickets are not on sale) can be shipped or picked up at any Promotorhead Entertainment show.

"What if I purchase merchandise but I am unable to attend?"

You can arrange to pick up your merch at any Promotorhead Entertainment show following the festival.

Miscellaneous

"Is RPM Fest pet-friendly?"

No. We all love animals, but please leave your pets at home.

"Is there a rain date?"

RPM Fest is rain or shine. In the event of thunderstorms we might be forced to delay set times or cancel sets. We apologize in advance, but safety is a priority. Thanks for your understanding on this.
